A Franklin, Australian Central Territory mortgagee apartment has sold for $280,000.

The January 2020 sale follows an unsuccessful November 2019 auction.

The one bedroom, one bathroom apartment was sold for its asking price.

Hugo Mendez Rauana Smith of LJ Hooker marketed the property.

Situated at 31/92-98 Henry Kendall Street, the apartment also features a parking space.

Built in 2012, the 50 sqm unit holds views over Franklin.

The median price for a house in Franklin, ACT is $365,000 according to CoreLogic.
