A four bedroom, two bathroom Upper Coomera mortgagee house has been sold after an unsuccessful April auction.

The home which came with an asking price of $320,000 transacted for slightly less, just $318,000.

Glenn Batten of First National marketed the house.

Situated at 5 Moran Drive the listing noted, "the property is being sold "as is" and it requires building and rectification work."

Set on 700 sqm, the abode features a double lockup garage as well as a covered outdoor entertaining area and deck.

The property was sold in late May.

The median price for a home in Upper Coomera is $488,750 according to CoreLogic, which calculate its annual change in median price over the past 10 years as 1.7%.
