A four bedroom two bathroom Nickol, WA mortgagee has sold following an April auction.

The house sold for $600,000, $50,000 below the asking price of $650,000.

Tiffinie Guillesser of LJ Hooker held the listing.

Situated at 10 Brolga Meander, the brick home features a double wide carport.

Set on 630 sqm, the one story house was constructed in 2009.

The property was listed as a rental throughout 2015 and 2016 with the asking price starting at $1,300/pw from April till June of 2015 before being cut to $950/pw in August 2015.

It was reduced again to $850/pw in September 2016 where it remained. 

The median price for a home in Nickol is $382,500, according to CoreLogic, which calculate its annual change in median price over the past 10 years as -6.1%.
