Four bedroom Malvern home Adelaide's most expensive

The most expensive sale in Adelaide this week was a four bedroom home in Malvern.

The property was sold for $1.3 million by Luke Holden and James Robertson of Belle Property Unley.

The property has an open courtyard with an ornate sandstone water feature. 

Malvern is just outside the Adelaide CBD and is a short walk to public transport and excellent schools.

The property notched up an annual appreciation of 3.9% after being traded in 2002 for $775,000.
