A Cape Jervis four bedroom house sitting on a 2 ha allotment has been sold for $385,000 by mortgagees.

It was sold by Zackary Gawley and Jeff Copley from First National Copley. 

Built in 1985, the South Australian home situated at 18 Flinders Drive, Cape Jervis comes with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two main sheds.

Other features include views over the ocean and large undercover entertainment area. 

It last traded at $370,000 in 2005.
