First Home Buyer demand strong in Western Australia: CoreLogic

First time buyers remain a relatively small component of mortgage demand, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that Western Australia has the highest percentage of first home buyers of the mortgage demand.

New South Wales has the lowest percentage with first home buyers accounting only 8% of the mortgage demand.
