First Brisbane residents move into Pradella's Light+Co. apartments

The lights are on at Pradella's Light+Co. apartments in West End, as the first residents move in following completion of the dual tower project.

Light+Co. has been developed on the iconic riverside site of the old South Brisbane Gas and Light Company.

It was built in 1885 to deliver gas lighting to Brisbane's rapidly expanding population.

The two towers – Illuminate and Radiance – will house 228 one, two and three bedroom apartments with some remaining for sale priced from $420,000.
