It was offered with potential for dual occupancy STCA.

The property is located less than a kilometre from Melton Waves and less than two kilometres from Woodgrove shopping centre.

It has potential for either a home or high rental property after repairs.

The property, offered through Professionals agent Travis Bawden, last traded at $200,000 in 2002.
