EOI closes late June for latest Millers Point listings

Expressions of interest remain open on a number of properties for sale in Sydney's Millers Point under Property NSW sell off.

The properties include 30 Lower Fort Street – 4 Trinity Avenue, 42 Lower Fort Street, 46-46A & 50-56C Gloucester Street closing 22 June 2017.

Some 14 apartments were listed as part of the Property NSW sales program in late May following the sale of two split-level apartments on Gloucester Street.  

Of the recent listings, 33 three storey apartments, located between 30 Lower Fort Street and 4 Trinity Avenue, were built by the Sydney Harbour Trust around 1910 to house wharf labourers, storemen, stevedores and gasworks hands.
