It was sold by Ken Loft from Harcourts.

It was traded for $140,000 in 2012. 

The 38 Ridley Rd home features three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen/dining area, and separate bathroom. 

Outside there is a carport and single garage.

It is close to transport, local shopping centre and schools.

The suburb's median house price sits on $225,000, according to CoreLogic.
