Eglinton, WA mortgagee home listing slashed $50,000 and sold

A three bedroom Eglinton, Western Australia home has been sold by mortgagees for $280,000.

John Douglas of Professionals held the listing which was slashed to $280,000 in July. 

Nestled on a 290 sqm allotment, the 2014 built home at 87 Cinnabar Drive comes with open-plan living/dining area, home theatre/formal lounge, modern kitchen, carpeted master bedroom and two other bedrooms. 

Other features include internal laundry, reverse cycle air conditioning and rear access to double lock up garage. 

The house is situated opposite a park.

It was previously listed with a price guide of $339,000 and $369,000 back in June 2018 which was reduced to $329,000 by the end of November 2018 when the property was taken off market again.

More recently, in May 2019, the abode sought $325,000.

Last sold in 2013 the previous home traded for $193,000.

According to CoreLogic, the annual change in median price in Eglinton over the past 10 years is -2.8%.
