There is confidence in Sydney eastern suburbs property, says Bob Guth at BradfieldCleary.

It followed a perfect 10 out of 10 at BradfieldCleary’s first auction of the year.

Four properties sold prior to auction with the remaining six all knocked down under the hammer.

Last December Bob Guth suggested "my personal view on the very best time to market Eastern Suburbs real estate is February when there is less competition from other homes and apartments and this often leads to the best ‘under-the-hammer’ results."

Auctioneer Damien Cooley advised it was "red hot."

One auction saw the apartment at 29/22 Roslyn Gardens Elizabeth Baybought for $875,000 in 2013, sell at $1.325 million after some modernisation.
