Greenland Australia have begun early works for 'nbh' development at Lachlan's Line, Macquarie Park.

Site hoarding, construction compounds and benching earthworks have begun at the largest of two sites.

Sherwood Luo, Greenland Australia managing director, said upwards of 4,000 cubic metres of dirt is being removed from the site each day to make way for underground parking levels.

"With each truckload removed, we get that much closer to building the 879 new residences, all-new retail precinct and entertainment quarter, Lachlan’s Square, that will form Macquarie Park’s newest and best neighbourhood,” he said.
