A badly deteriorated mortgagee property in Duncraig has come onto the market.

Located at 5 Dauntless Way, the home has three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a single car garage.

The large outdoor space is predominantly paved, with unkept astroturf laid in some areas.

It also features an in-ground fibreglass pool, however, according to the listing, this has been decommissioned.

The bathroom and laundry have been partially gutted and are not in working order.

Built in 1983, the home last sold in 2003 for $270,000.

The median house price in Duncraig is $684,000.

Ian Masterson, from Realmark North Coastal Duncraig, has the listing.
