Done family kick off The Surry, Surry Hills sales

The Done family's Cadmium Property launched their residential development, The Surry in Surry Hills with great success.



Selling 50 percent of apartments on the morning of launch - out of the 24 residences - around 80 percent of purchasers were owner occupiers and locals.

A one bedroom apartment sold for $1.1 million.

A three bedroom apartment sold for more than $3 million at the Elizabeth Street location.

Apartment prices range from:

1 beds from $895,000+

2 beds from $1,500,000+

3 beds from $2,100,000+

The north facing development features a landscaped garden designed with seasonal charm in mind and city views. 

Cadmium Property is part of The Done Group – a family owned business run by Oscar and Camilla, the children of artist Ken Done.

For The Surry they have partnered with renowned architectural firm Candalepas to create a development with only 24 apartments.
