Do you think that any suburb can be claimed to be bulletproof price wise?

In response to  Australian Property Investor's  list of 152 "bulletproof" suburbs, Property Observer regular Terry Ryder wrote yesterday that while there are certainly markets that show consistent growth year after year, a bulletproof suburb doesn't exist.

Terry Ryder said that "the data is not the problem... but I find most people believe what the media tells them and they will be entering dangerous territory if they buy in some of the places carelessly labeled as bulletproof".
