It was sold by Nader Iskander from Barry Plant having previously sold in 2015 at $420,000.

Located at 7 Ormesby Place, Deer Park, this home comprises four spacious bedrooms, two separate living areas and a double lock up garage.

It is only minutes away from public transport, Derrimut Village Shopping Centre, Ballarat Road and the Western Ring Road freeway.

The suburb's median house price sits on $556,000, according to CoreLogic.
