Darwin listings fall so tighter market set to emerge: CoreLogic

The number of new properties listed for Darwin over the past four weeks has declined, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that compared to 12 months ago, the number of new properties listed in Darwin has fallen by 24.1% to only 154.

The total number of properties listed in Darwin is down too, falling by 7.3% to 1532.

This is in contrast to Canberra which has reported the highest growth in new properties being listed with an increase of 21.5%.

A four bedroom house at 21 Delissaville Place, Rosebery in the NT (above) has been listed for over $599,000.

Similarly a two bedroom unit at 304/29 Duke Street, Stuart Park (below) has been listed for $580,000.
