Daniel Sumegi lists Bellevue Hill apartment

The New York-based opera singer Daniel Sumegi​ has listed his Sydney base in Bellevue Hill for October 20 auction.

Sumegi, who recently played Count Walter in Verdi’s Luisa Miller in the San Francisco Opera, bought the top-floor art-deco Aston Gardens apartment in 2008 for $1.1 million.

Around $1.5 million is being sought for the three bedroom, one bathroom apartment.

David Fayn of Newhouse Power has the Bellevue Hill offering.

The median value of an apartment in Bellevue Hill is $901,000, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
