Australian cricketer David Hussey and his wife Kristy are selling their Prahran home.

The two bedroom weatherboard has been listed through Michael Paproth, of Marshall White, who is reportedly expecting 1 Packington Street to fetch about $800,000 at August 22 auction.

Its second bedrooms has built-in shelving that could be a home office.

It has off-street parking for two cars. 

It traded at $532,000 in 2005, when $550,000 plus was tipped.
