A Crestmead, Queensland mortgagee home has been sold for $285,000, a $45,000 loss.

The three bedroom, two bathroom house last sold for $330,000 in 2009.

Situated at 135 Waratah Drive, Griffiths and Gunn of Your Address Real Estate marketed the home.

Set on 600 sqm, the home was built in 1980.

Following an unsuccessful December 2019 auction, the holding was listed for $290,000.

The median sale price for a home in Crestmead is $325,000, according to the latest CoreLogic data.
