It was offered by John Mowling from LJ Hooker.

It last sold at $240,000 in 2009.

Situated at 16 Higgins Street, Encounter Bay, the late 1980s South Australian home comes with open plan living room, kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms, and rear covered deck.

Other features include single car garage, double colonial doors, and ceiling fans.

The suburb's median house price sits at $356,000, according to CoreLogic. 

It was a $290 a week rental in 2016.
