Coastal three bedroom Port Wilunga house sold for $325,000

A coastal three bedroom house at Port Willunga has been sold for $325,000 making it Adelaide’s most cheapest weekend auction sale.

Located at 22 Coral Avenue, the 700 sqm property is in the heart of the area.

Built in 1985 the property was last sold in 2001 for $134,000.

It features a full length front deck along with open plan living and three bedrooms as well as a north facing sunroom.

The property has been marketed as a development potential (STCC) just outside of the Old Survey area.

The median price of a house at Port Willunga is $325,000, which is a decline compared to last year’s median price of $326,500.

The property was offered through LJ Hooker agent Robert Van Gasteren.
