Cheap Rosebud beachfront boxes for sale
Rosebud always has plenty of bathing boxes on offer.
Just last month $77,000 was paid for box 159.
The rather large box 188 sold in October this year at $99,000.
A beach box at Rosebud is now for sale for $39,950.
Located at 97 Rosebud Foreshore, the property (pictured above) is directly opposite a hotel close to the Motor Boat Harbour.
The property is offered by Norris Real Estate agent Gary Clode.
The freshly painted Box 122 wants $90,000.
There was a $20,000 in 2009 of box 97.
The colourful box 164 sold for $22,000 last year. In 2015 box 153 fetched $31,000.
