The initial launch at Chatswood Place, a $300 million new boutique mixed use development, saw 106 out of 111 apartments sold for a total of $160 million.

Located at 260 Victoria Avenue, the development comprises 223 apartments over five buildings.

Construction was expected to begin in February 2016 with completion proposed by late 2018.
