Chatswood apartment fetches $1.288 million

A Chatswood unit was sold at weekend auction for $1.288 million. 

The apartment, at 1211/2B Help Street, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with 119 square metres of internal space.

 

It sits within walking distance of Chatswood's Westfield shopping centre, train station, and restaurant precinct. 

It had previously sold in 1999, when it sold for $550,000.

The 2019 sale exceeded the suburb's median unit price of $918,000.

The median price in Chatswood for two-bedroom units is $1 million.

Jeremy Hong and Garo Karamanian, from Century 21 Seika, secured the sale of the Regency building apartment.
