Called Charlie, a two-bedroom apartment at 511/2 McGoun Street, Richmond (above) designed by Rothe Lowman architects sold at weekend auction.

The unit, which is currently tenanted, sold under the hammer after coming with price guidance of upwards of $500,000 through Russell Cambridge and Sam Davenport of Biggin & Scott. It earns a rental of $2,390 per month. It sold at $575,000.

A two-bedroom unit on 202/8 Balmain Street, Richmond - marketed with a price range of $500,000-$550,000 by Peter Perrignon and Edward Lloyd of hockingstuart - sold at $585,000.

A two-bedroom apartment with sunny north-facing living areas at 306/120 Palmer Street was up for auction last weekend with a price estimate upwards of $500,000. The listing through Allan Cove and Russell Cambridge of Biggin & Scott was passed in.
