United Development Sydney has released the final 28 apartments of their Sydney project, Castle Residences.

The luxury development at 203 Castlereagh Street comprises 131 apartments, made up of studios, one, two and three bedrooms.

Now in its final stages of pre-completion, the final 28 residences have been released to the market following strong enquiries from local and expatriate international prospects.

Prices in the development begin at $1.24 million and range to $3.94 million.

Designed by Candalepas Associates and Studio Aria, the 36-floor residential tower is canter-levered above the historic Porter House.

The heritage building will house a luxury boutique hotel, offering 122 rooms, with the new residential tower soaring above.

Residents will have full access to the services from the adjoining hotel.

Each apartment offers pale limestone finishes, oak timbers and bronze accents, as well as views overlooking Sydney’s Hyde Park.

The tower is expected to top out at level 36 in the first quarter of 2021.

The Agency Projects director Steven Chen believes the product is ideal for local owner-occupiers wanting to reside full time in Castle Residences and for interstate owners to have a base in Sydney

“The project caters for high net worth individuals enjoying premium finishes, exemplary facilities, and access to all the hotel services”, Chen says.
