A Camillo, West Australia mortagee home has sold for $235,000.

The sale price is slightly less than sought as the home was listed for $245,000

The house last sold for $200,000 in 2008.

Shane Denniston of The Professionals is marketing the property at 39A Westfield Road.

The five bedroom, two bathroom house is set on a 773 sqm block.

The abode was built in 1986 and is according to the listing, "a handy man's dream, with work to be completed throughout the home."

It holds an outlook over Westfield/Heron reserve and is close to both the train station, and Kelmscott shopping centre.

The median price for a house in Camillo is $215,000 according to CoreLogic data.
