A four bedroom Byford home has been sold for $335,000.

It previously traded for $435,000 in 2014, reflecting a $100,000 loss.

The listing was held by Eddie James at RayWhite.

It was on the market for 148 days before being transacted.

Situated at 21 Padra Turn, the house comes with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus a separate lounge and activity area.

The 502 square metre holding was traded for $163,000 in 2010 and the current home was built in 2011.

Previously, in 2015 and 2017 the property had an asking price ranging from $449,000 to $370,000.

It features high ceilings in the kitchen/dining/family room, reversed cycle ducted air-con as well as a large alfresco area and rear access from double garage.

The median price for a home in Byford is $377,000 according to CoreLogic, which calculate its annual change in median price over the past 10 years as 0.3%.
