Burrawang's Old School House has been listed for sale by Tony Harrington, best known as former chief executive of PwC.

The 1878 rustic Gothic-style school closed in the 1980s, and operated over the years as a tea-room, antique show room and residence.

Set on 3953 square metres, the five bedroom, four bathroom house comes with the Great School Hall with open fire, stone walls and original floorboards.

Margaret McCauley has it listed with $3.3 million hopes, noting the works over the past 18 months has ensured the flow of three residential buildings now unified.
