Bulk of Perth property prices sit between $390,000 to $505,000

The average price of a property in Perth currently range between the high $300,000 to low $500,000, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that the median house in Perth costs around $505,000 while units costs around $390,000.

Sydney remains the most expensive place to purchase a property with houses costing around $996,250 while units cost around $730,000.

A four bedroom house at 2 Harford Avenue, Viveash (above) has been listed for $449,000 plus.

Similarly a three bedroom house at 42 Third Avenue, Bassendean (below) has been listed for $520,000.
