Located at 72 North Road, the 875 sqm parcel of land has been stated to be an "exciting opportunity" for a savvy buyer or builder.

It was last sold in 1986 for $39,000.

The median price of a house in Woodridge is $293,000 while a unit has a median price of $199,000.

It was marketed as having the opportunity to build brand new home or splitting the block to build two homes.

It has a south-east facing aspect with minimal gardens.

There is also a large shed out the back.
