Brighton beats Balgowlah as top sale: CoreLogic RP Data

The most expensive home to sell this week in Sydney was a five-bedroom Balgowlah house, according to the latest CoreLogic RP Data Property Market Indicator Summary.

An Australian expatriate bought the harbour front property at 9 King Avenue for $6 million through Anthony Walls of Max Walls International. 

In Melbourne, the top selling house this week was a stately six bedder in Brighton, Victoria.

The 1850s Victorian residence set within 1553 sqm at 43 Middle Crescent (below) sold for $6,400,000.
