Bowen Hills redevelopment site sells for $2.45 million

Brisbane-based asset manager Blue Sky Private Real Estate has acquired a building in Brisbane's Bowen Hills for $2.45 million.

The 24 Brookes Street property sits on a 607 square metre site, which is earmarked for redevelopment.

Steve Black and Dillon Murphy of Ray White Commercial Pine Rivers negotiated the sale.

Mr Black described Bowen Hills as one of the fastest growing urban areas in Queensland, with billions of dollars’ worth of infrastructure proposed for the area.
