Billbabourie, the redundant Palm Beach home set above the Bible Garden, has been sold by rag trader Bob Locke.

The 1950s home on 1037 square metres at 67 Pacific Road was bought by Locke in 2006 for $4.5 million. 

Glenn Lee of Raine & Horne Palm Beach secured the sale, but is under instructions not to reveal details.
