It was sold by Denise Borrillo from Ray White in February. It was listed at $99,000 for 72 days.

The 1960s home had last sold for $159,000 in 2006.

It sits on a 1270 square metre block.

The suburb's median house price sits on $168,000 according to CoreLogic.
