A grand 1930 Spanish residential house at Bellevue Hill has been sold for $8 million.

Located at 8 Rupertswood Avenue, the 677 square metre property is situated in a cul-de-sac.

It is currently owned by the Harding family and it had once belonged to actress Toni Collette.

It last sold in 2009 for $6.35 million, again in 1998 for $2.665 million and in 1995 for $1.275 million.

The property was built in 1928.

Floorplan features formal and informal living areas with views of the surrounding landscape.

Kitchen features Wolf gas appliances along with five oversized beds, three baths and an atrium that overlooks the front garden.

Other features includes swimming pool and two parking spaces.

The property was offered through Ray White agents Elliott Placks and Evan Williams.
