Banker Michael Ullmer sells Double Bay abode

The former National Australia Bank executive Michael Ullmer and his wife, Jennifer secured $6.65 million for their Double Bay residence.

It was sold recently to academic, professor of sleep medicine Ron Grunstein, and his wife, Rose through LJ Hooker Double Bay.

The Ocean Street property, which had traces of being renovated by architect Professor Leslie Wilkinson in the 1950s, last traded in late 2002 for $5.82 million.

It was sold back then by the real estate chain chairman Brian White and his wife, Rosemary in 2002.
