AUX Group brings first Australian project to the market at Rouse Hill

China-based developers AUX Group has launched its first project to the Australian market, an $81 million apartment project named The Boulevard attached to the  Rouse Hill Town Centre.

The Boulevard features 152 one, two and three bedroom apartments apartments across two six and seven storey buildings

Prices for one-bedroom apartments range from $485,000 - $655,000, two-bedroom apartments are priced from $595,000 - $860,000 and three-bedroom apartments range from $855,000 - $920,000.

The Boulevard is designed by Metropoint Group Architects.

Aux Group purchased the sites from Rouse Hill Town Centre owner GPT in April 2015. AUX Group associate director Michael Wang said The Boulevard is the perfect debut for AUX Group in Australia as the development epitomises what we stand for: high quality apartments that offer connectivity and an easy lifestyle for residents."

The project is being jointly marketed through international firm Colliers International and local experts PRDnationwide Norwest.
