Approval granted for $260 million residential development in Epping, northern Sydney

Development approval has been received for a $260 million residential development, Oxford Central, in the northern Sydney suburb of Epping for Greaton.

The development, 30 - 42 Oxford Street, the iconic structure will comprise 254 luxurious apartments spread across two 17 storey towers, 292 car spaces and 625 sqm of retail on the ground level. 

Greaton managing director Nicho Teng said the site was earmarked due to its strategic location in the epicentre of the state government’s plans to invest millionin re-developing Epping Town Centre and major transport infrastructure in the suburb. 

Epping is a highly sought after destination and offers buyers many benefits including its close proximity to NSW’s best primary and high schools, Macquarie Shopping Centre and major transport hubs which connect to the North West Rail Link, North Shore, Macquarie Park, the city’s CBD and Chatswood," he said.

"International architectural practice Marchese Partners has designed stunning spacious interiors and an exterior façade that will command attention on Epping’s skyline.”
