Apartment complex slated for former Windsor Smith shoe factory, Preston

The former Windsor Smith shoe factory on High Street in Melbourne's Preston is being developed into a seven level apartment complex due to be completed in 2019.

One bedroom prices will start from $334,000, with 62 one bedders slated to be built. 

The development will also feature 58 two bedroom apartments priced between $442,000 and $582,000. A display suite at 436 Johnston Street, Abbotsford, is open from 10am to 4 pm daily.
