Anka Property Group has unveiled its latest $200 million residential development, Union Balmain, in the Sydney suburb of Rozelle

Anka has joined forces with architects Turner Studio and interior designers SJB with plans to deliver a five-star, green star development, in the hopes of minimising its carbon footprint.

Located at 120 Terry Street, the 202 apartments will comprise one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

The ground level will also host a mix of retail space and cafes.

The 1.38-hectare site was purchased in 2009 for $13 million.

Construction on the development is due to commence in mid-2013 and has an estimated completion date of early 2015.
