Adjoining Burleigh Heads duplexes bought by local developers at auction

Two duplex blocks at Burleigh Heads have been bought by local developers.

Set on a total of 1148 square metres of land, 6 and 8 Ikkina Road were described as a “developer’s dream”.

One block sold for $1.04 million and the other for $925,000, with Ray White selling agent Jackson Paradise indicating the duo were set to rebuild new duplexes.

The 607 square metre block at 6 Ikkina Road consists of a three-bedroom unit and a two-bedroom unit. 

The other 541 square metre holding comprises of two two-bedroom units. 

The properties are in the Koala Park precinct, across the road from Tallebudgera Creek and within walking distance to Burleigh Heads beaches, local cafes, shopping, restaurants and future approved light rail.
