Development giant ALAND has stepped in to complete the construction of the final three buildings in Top Place's besieged Castle Hill apartment development, Skyview.

Two buildings in the five-building development at 51-53 Old Castle Road have been completed. The third is around 80 per cent complete, while buildings four and five are yet to come out of the ground, but the basement levels have been dug. <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developers/aland">ALAND</a> will be rectifying any potential defects in the existing shared basement.

ALAND has been appointed following a comprehensive process by receivers KordaMentha to determine the pathway for the completion of the development. ALAND will now work closely with the Building Commission NSW to complete the construction of the Castle Hill complex.

Upon completion, buildings C, D and E at Castle Hill will be offered as build-to-rent homes and will dramatically increase rental property availability in North West Sydney with 532 apartments providing much-needed rental housing for 1500 residents.

ALAND has a long history, completing 100 per cent of projects for more than 20 years.

ALAND to deliver final three buildings in Top Place's Skyview apartment development in Castle Hill

AYA Penthouse, the largest single-level apartment in Bondi Beach, has just been sold for around $22 million, just a few weeks before its completion.

The four-bedroom, 433 sqm penthouse designed by world-renowned architect Koichi Takada, was sold by Eddie Mansour of Ray White Projects and Jeremy Wiesner of Wiesner Property, with Mansour saying the sale represents the highest price achieved for a&nbsp;non-beachfront facing apartment.

Wiesner said every square metre of the penthouse "goes above and beyond."

"The indoor/outdoor living areas, enhanced by Takada’s signature touches, were a major drawcard for buyers."

The AYA Penthouse sits atop Aqualine, a boutique block of just 12 apartments at 45 Hall Street, developed by Moshav Financial.

The tranformation of Crows Nest as one of the go-to suburbs on the Lower North Shore, is set to continue.

Leading property developer Third.i Group and joint venture partner Phoenix Property Investors have announced the launch of the first stage of Hume Place, its new four-building development above the recently opened Crows Nest Metro station.

Both Queensland locals, as well as those looking for an investment or lifestyle change from New South Wales, have showed the most interest in Morris Property Group's new Broadbeach apartment tower, Crest Broadbeach.

Since the project launched late last year, traffic from New South Wales to Crest Broadbeach has been consistent, anywhere between 20 per cent to 35 per cent of total traffic.

While owner-occupiers have dominated sales at Crest, the opportunity to purchase owner-occupier-friendly stock in Broadbeach hasn't been lost on investors. Investors have consistently accounted for over 40 per cent of enquiry on Urban at Crest, higher than the Broadbeach average of 32 per cent across 2024.

Crest Broadbeach is one of the only developments around Broadbeach Park, at the northern end of Broadbeach, to be catering for a wider demographic. Several towers that are being marketed or are in planning are priced closer to $3 million.

Crest is MPG's 10th development in Broadbeach since the Canberra-based developer started developing in the Gold Coast in the late 1990s.&nbsp;

They have their 11th recently launched to the market. The builder developer waited until they've nearly completed construction before launching&nbsp;<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/malo-broadbeach-8-jubilee-avenue-broadbeach-qld-4218">Malo Broadbeach</a>, just 16 half-floor apartments near the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.

<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developers/morris-property-group">MPG</a> is back to Broadbeach Park for their 12th Broadbeach development, which they're expecting to launch before the end of 2024.

Similar to Malo,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/22-chelsea-avenue-broadbeach">Maison Broadbeach</a>&nbsp;at 22 Chelsea Avenue&nbsp;will comprise just 18 three-bed apartments across a 20-level building.

Sherpa Property Group has revealed the first apartment development that will bring a more diverse buyer mix to one of the Gold Coast's most sought-after postcodes.

They've just filed plans for Flourish on Sixth, their first development under the Flourish brand which is committing to create a varied range of apartment configurations to a wide range of buyers.

There will be a rare opportunity to buy a one-bedroom apartment in the building. There are 10 one-bedroom units, that are expected to be snapped up by first home buyers or investors, as well as 60 two-beds, 22 three-beds, and two penthouses.

Crowning the building will be a resident pool, two barbecues with alfersco spaces, as well as day beds and private garden retreats enveloped in landscaping by RPS.
