Actors Simon Baker and wife Rebecca Rigg are set to offload their North Bondi bolthole now that they own a $6.5 million Bronte home.

Their rooftop apartment is up for sale with expressions of interest with $3.5 million hopes through McGrath agent Ben Collier.

Their 250 sqm art deco penthouse on the Ben Buckler headland was purchased in 2014 for $2.63 million.

They had a Will Dangar-designed garden installed on the 125 sqm rooftop terrace from where weekend inspectees saw a whale heading north.

The couple who first met in 1992 on the set of popular soap E Street were no shows when the apartment next door went to recent auction.

Raine & Horne Double Bay selling agent Hannah Bouskali confirmed the buyers as a young married Australian couple who are living overseas.

They paid $2,016,037 for the two bedder with roof access too.
