Larry Kestelman plans a boutique Williams Road, Toorak apartment complex

The Melbourne developer Larry Kestelman plans to demolish a $9 million Williams Road, Toorak house, and an adjacent block on Bruce Street, to construct a 20 apartment complex.
No architect has yet been appointed.
The location is opposite Como Park and the Royal South Yarra Lawn Tennis Club.
Abercromby’s Real Estate secured the sale of 300 and 300a Williams Road.
It is a block of 1123 square metre.
Tim Derham and Sam Goddard of Abercromby’s Real Estate had four bidders, all developers, compete, drawn by the lack of heritage restrictions.
