Byfield hobby farm sold by loss taking mortgagee for $150,000

A 12 acre Byfield hobby farm has been recently sold by loss taking mortgagee for $150,000.
It was sold by Lindsay Lodwick from Ray White.
Located at 23 Jealous Road, the acreage is fenced into two cleared paddocks with a seasonal creek separating the two.
Other features include power to the block, a 10 metre by 8 metre shed which currently used as a storage.
The property last sold for $240,000 in 2011.
