It sold for $289,000 at its February 9 auction.
The four bedroom one bathroom home is located 30 minutes from the Brisbane CBD.

Set on 607 sqm it is described in the listing as a "blank canvas... with abundant space available".
Last sold in 1991 the home was sold by the Queensland housing commission for $81,250.
The home is within a short drive of supermarket's, schools and universities.
The median price for a home in Slacks Creek is $345,000 according to CoreLogic, which calculate its annual change in median price over the past 10 years as 1.7%.
