94% of auctions in Ryde cleared over the weekend: CoreLogic

Ryde had the highest auctions cleared over the weekend in Sydney, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that out of the 37 auctions known to CoreLogic in Ryde 94.6% of them were cleared.

This is followed by the Northern Beaches with 90.9% and North Sydney and Hornsby with 90.2%.

The Outer South West region had the lowest clearance rate with only 41.7% of auctions cleared.

A four bedroom house at 25 Farran Street, Lane Cove (above) was sold for $2.61 million.

Similarly a five bedroom house at 1 Spencer Street, Eastwood (below) was sold for $2.19 million.
